Cancellation Policy

If a client reschedules their appointment more than two times, a deposit of 25% of the total service cost will be required to secure the next appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your service costs at the time of your appointment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable should you cancel the appointment or fail to show up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you and all our clients better.
